​Booking Policies:

You must provide A MINIMUM of 24 hours notice when cancelling, shortening or rescheduling an appointment. Failure to do so will result in being charged 100% of the service booked. If you are more than 10 minutes late I reserve the right to shorten or cancel the appointment. If shortened, you are still responsible for the cost of the original appointment. I am only one person so it is critical our appointment doesn't run into another clients' valuable time! â€‹

Inspiration & Nail Art Consultation:​

If you did not add inspo photos to your booking form, please send them to alex@nailhavenct.com at least 48 hours before your appointment. Designing your custom work of art and executing it flawlessly requires serious mental and technical focus. When I have time to sit with your inspo beforehand, I show up to our appointment entirely focused on execution.  This ensures quality, protects my physical health and honestly just puts me in a position to be excited about your nails, not stressed

Illness and Rescheduling:

Please, please reschedule if you are feeling unwell.This protects your health, my health and the health of every client I see. Again, I am only one person-- if I get sick, everyone's appointments are affected
