COVID-19 Policies: You will be required to sign a COVID-19 waiver and consent form that details my COVID-19 arrival policies upon booking. At this time I am only taking vaccinated clients and require WEARING A MASK throughout the entirety of the service. I do not have the ability to perform my job and practice social distancing nor do I have paid time off in the event I become sick or am exposed to COVID-19.  

Booking Policies: You must provide A MINIMUM of 24 hours notice when cancelling, shortening or rescheduling an appointment. Failure to do so will result in being charged 100% of the service booked. If you are more than 10 minutes late I reserve the right to shorten or cancel the appointment. If shortened, you are still responsible for the cost of the original appointment. I am only one person so it is critical our appointment doesn't run into another clients' valuable time! 

In light of the coronavirus, I will not charge a cancellation fee due to illness. Cancellations due to illness must wait 14 days or provide a negative COVID-19 test result before rescheduling.
